I'm a software developer from Romania 🇷🇴, but right now I live in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 . My current job is as Experimentation Engineer at Miro.

Experimentation, this is the way!

For the first part of my career, I was a .NET developer, all over the place. It was quite fun, but at some point, I became bored with it(around 8 years in) so I decided I want to pick up something new.

After that, I did Angular for a while (around 7 years), most of it at SnappCar. This did not stop me from playing with React, Vue and the like in my free time. There are so many interesting things in the Frontend world 🤩.

Nowadays I'm empowering Experimentation 🧪 at Miro. It's not that much about the technology anymore, but about the process and the people 👥. I'm still doing a lot of coding, but I'm also doing a lot of other things, like helping teams iterate on
their ideas 💡, build an in-house iteration platform 🏡, coaching 🎓, and so on. I'm loving it! 🥰

Besides programming, I also like to play board-games ♟️️, video-games 🎮, walk my dog 🐶, watch TV 📺, nothing out of the ordinary 😁.
